Summary: When we first arrived, the staff there were friendly, except for one, her name was Nikki, not the friendliness. Our room, the body shower gel fell off twice and almost cracked the glass door, so imagine if you were in there showering and how much that would hurt if it dropped on you while you were in there. Granted they did offer me another room but i wasn't going to pack all my things up, just to move and i had my brother and his wife next door. Than the hotel kepted saying that they didn't charge me for my stay but i was charged and had to call my credit card to get it disputed. I've already paid the full amount on hotel.com. So i was charged twice and none of the staff could figure it out.

Summary: Close to the event we were attending, nice restaurant within walking distance The bed is hard and pillows are soft, did not make for a good sleep. Harder pillows would have helped in our situation
